Transportation & New Freedom Services

The Center provides an array of transportation services for individuals with disabilities in Pasco County.

Transportation is provided at no cost to and from all agency-based services, such as Adult Day Training and at the residential homes, such as for community activities.

New Freedom Transportation

In addition, The Center provides transportation services accessible to anyone in the community with a disability.

We have two services we are offering to individuals with disabilities. The first is a fixed route bus service. The route will start from our office at 13910 Fivay Road travel to State Road 52 and Little Road, travel east to Dade City, go south on 301 to State Road 54 and then travel west to Little Road, and then travel north on Little Road to connect back to our starting point. Our fixed point stops are on the State Road 52 and State Road 54 corridors. Passes can be purchased per day, per week or by the month. Please call for costs.

The second service we have established is an on-demand service. The rider will be picked up at his or her door and dropped off at the specified location. Currently this is only available in West Pasco. Our area of service extends north and south to the Pasco County borders and east to U.S. 41. Hours of operation are Thursday and Friday, 3:30 pm to 8:30 pm, Saturday from 10:30 am to 8:30 pm, and Sunday 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm. The on-demand service requires a minimum 48 hour notice for scheduling purposes. Passes can be purchased by the trip or in groups of 10. Please call for costs.

To access both services we request that individuals come into our offices to pre-register and pre-pay for trips. Registering requires an application and the presence of the individual so we may take their picture to put on the pass.
