The Center for Independence, Inc. (formerly The Association for Retarded Citizens/Pasco, Inc.) is a private, not-for-profit, 501(c)(3) organization that is governed by a volunteer Board of Directors.  For forty years our staff has helped individuals with developmental disabilities achieve their own personal levels of independence within the Pasco County community.
